View homes that match your list, compare them, and look at what similar homes nearby have sold for.
Make an offer
When you find the right home, you decide on the price and any conditions, such as financing or a home inspection, and the offer goes to the seller.
Conditions, then closing
Once the conditions are met, the sale is firm. On closing day your lawyer completes the transfer and you get your keys.
